PARTICIPATING MINI-COLLABORATIVES


For ‘round one’, which began in September 2008 and continues through December 2009, each mini-collaborative is addressing the same two target areas.  They are:


1) Customer Satisfaction.  The sub-targets are

     a) Assure a customer satisfaction process in place

     b) Use results routinely to improve satisfaction

and

2) Reduce the Incidence of Vaccine-Preventable Diseases.  The sub-target is to ‘Increase percentage of children immunized according to ACIP standards.’
